Return Policy

Returned items must not be worn, washed or altered, and with all hang tags and packaging. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of invoice date. 20% restocking fee will apply unless you were shipped in error or received damaged product. An RA (return authorization) number must be provided before returns are sent back and must be indicated on the outside of the box. If an item is returned more than 30 days after the invoice date, the return will not be processed and the merchandise will not be returned.  Please allow 10-14 days for your return to be received and after inspection the return credit will be issued to your account within 2-3 business days.

NOTE: Shipping cost are non-refundable.

Bodyhush.com will not accept returned merchandise purchased from a retailer, other than bodyhush.com. To return merchandise purchased at another retail outlet, please contact the retail location where it was purchased.

Damaged or defective merchandise

If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, body hush will replace the merchandise with the exact same item if returned within 30 days of the original invoice date. Please follow the normal return procedure. body hush will not accept returns with evidence of excessive wear, misuse or alteration.

Orders sent as gift

If you send someone a gift purchased with bodyhush.com and they return the item, the credit for gift goes to the original form of payment only.

Exchange policy

Exchanges are not available at this time. If you wish to return merchandise, please follow the standard procedure and visit bodyhush.com to order new merchandise.
